Guided Tours
We understand that plans can change. For our guided tours, the following terms apply:
Full Refund: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour start time and receive a 100% refund, no questions asked.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
We recommend booking your tours once your travel plans are confirmed to avoid any inconvenience.
Entry Tickets
Please note that all entry ticket sales are final. Once an entry ticket has been purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be offered under any circumstances. We encourage you to double-check your dates, times, and details before completing your purchase.
