Your guide will be carrying a touring company board at the meeting point. They will also reach out on the day of your tour to confirm exactly where to meet, so please make sure your contact details are correct when you book.

No. A digital booking confirmation on your phone is fine. Just bring a valid photo ID along with it.
No. The price you see covers your tickets, the guide, and the experience itself. A tip for your guide is the only optional extra, and it is entirely up to you.
Pets are not allowed on our tours. Registered service animals may be an exception, so contact us in advance if this applies to you.
